Annual Display Key Service Fee Past Due

If GHAR has not received your annual Display Key system service fee, a $30 reactivation fee has been applied to your account and your access to the electronic key system will be inactivated. Please remit the total amount due on your statement. Your keycard will be reactivated after the total amount due is received. The fee was due June 30, 2009.

We will waive the $30 reactivation fee for any keycard holder who signs up for the Auto Pay Service.

You may make your payment via the “My Outstanding Invoices” link in Internet Member Services.

The 7/1/09 - 6/30/10 annual Display Key system service fee covers the use of the entire system, which includes KIM Computer System, GHAR Customer Support and the Supra 800 Agent Support Line.

In the interest of efficiency, cost savings and environmental responsibilty, the GHAR Board of Directors approved (November 2008 meeting) a plan to implement full electronic billing and payment for annual membership renewal invoices and annual lockbox service fee invoices. more »
