Principles & Practices
The Principles and Practices (Real Estate Pre-licensing course) course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by Department of Consumer Protection, Real Estate Commission, however, it is not approved for Appraisal licensing purposes.
Topics Include:
Agency, Listing Agreements, Contracts, Buyer Representation, Licensing Law, Environmental Issues, Titles and Liens, Fair Housing and Real Estate Financing.
The Principles and Practices course is a continuous start program:
Start your training on any Monday (depending on availability)
Class Hours: 6:00 to 9:00 PM
Course Hours: 66 hours (11 weeks)
(Testing occurs on the Monday following your last class at the GHAR office in West Hartford)
The course fee: $500 and includes all required textbooks.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations will be subjected to a $50 (10%) processing fee and must be received prior to a student's start date. Refunds will not be issued after the student's assigned start date.
