• New and Updated Forms - Buyer’s Notice of Termination to Seller and Broker Release of Deposit is a new form, replacing the Mutual Rescission and Release and Buyer’s Notice of Termination to Seller and Broker forms.
• Revised forms include the Amendment to the Listing Contract, Attorney Approval Rider, Land Purchase Contract, and the Purchase Contract.

November 2007

• New and Updated Forms Now Available - New forms include Property Inclusion/Exclusion Rider and Receipt of Condo Docs. Revised forms include Purchase Contract and Exclusive Right to Sell listing contract.

September 2007

• New and Updated Forms Available by Late Fall – New forms available by late fall will include a Receipt of Condo Docs, and the Inclusion/Exclusion Rider. Newly revised forms include the Well/Septic Rider and the Condo Rider and will be available for purchase by the end of October. Revisions are currently under way with the Purchase Contract.

January 2007

• Review Findings, New and Updated Forms Now Available – Legal Forms Committee Review Findings of all of GHAR’s forms in 2006. The Sale of Buyer’s Property Contingency Rider has been separated into two separate forms. Land Purchase Contract was revised.

August 2006

• New and Updated Forms Now Available – Finders Fee Agreement is a new form. The following forms were revised; Condo Rider To Purchase, Exclusive Right To Represent Buyer, Purchase Money Note and Mortgage Rider, Real Estate Purchase Contract, Page 1, and Rental Application.
  
  The Open Right to Represent Buyer and the Amendment to Open Right to Represent Buyer forms have been discontinued.

August 2005

• Updated Forms Now Available - The following forms were revised; Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer/Tenant, Real Estate Purchase Contract, and Open Right to Represent Buyer and Open Listing.

May 2004

• New form now available - A phrase was added to the Well/Septic Rider. The Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Contract has been changed. The Execution by Facsimile paragraph was updated.
