NAR to Discontinue ZipForms as a Member Benefit by December 2021

GHAR leadership understands that you must have affordable and reliable access to your forms to conduct your business. GHAR will soon provide our forms through TransactionDesk. This platform is currently provided by SmartMLS so your MLS fees already cover the usage! You may elect to continue using ZipForm, but you will need to renew your account and pay for a package that serves your needs.

GHAR forms should be available on TransactionDesk by mid-October.
Our forms are also available on the following platforms:

  • Dotloop
  • Docusign
  • Glide (coming soon)
  • Skyslope (coming soon)

Can I continue to use zipForms even though NAR will discontinue the free member benefit?

Yes! You'll need to renew and pay for your new subscription. GHAR forms will still be available and free for our members.

When do I need to get my transactions out of zipForms if I opt to use a different platform?

All transactions need to be removed by December 21st, 2021. Accounts will expire by that date so any data will also be removed.

Does Transaction Desk integrate with DocuSign?

Not at this time. Please check with SmartMLS on the progress of this integration.

How do I import my transactions into Transaction Desk?

Who do I contact for support issues and/or training?

Transaction Desk is provided through SmartMLS and is paid for with your SmartMLS dues. Please contact SmartMLS with any support issues or training.
