zipForm® Plus

This benefit is free for GHAR members!  GHAR wants our REALTOR® members to have the latest technology tools that will help increase your professionalism, productivity and profitability. You now have access to the enhanced zipForm® Plus electronic forms software or simply renew your subscription for free. GHAR is the only association to provide Digital Ink, elecronic signature software and the mobile version of zipForms!

Quick set-up guide:

We receive a number of phone calls regarding how to sign up for your free ZipForms member benefit. Here is a quick rundown of the process:

  1. Visit the zipLogix® home page at
  2. On the green horizontal menu, select Products, ZipForm®, then zipForm® Plus. Click on the “Sign Up” button.
  3. Choose “I’m a REALTOR®”.
  4. Choose Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® from the dropdown menu and click Continue.
  5. Enter your NRDS number and last name for membership verification and click Use my NRDS id to continue.
  6. Create a username and password of your choice and enter your email address, then click Continue.
  7. Enter your office and contact information for your account profile. This information will appear on the footer of the forms that you print from your account. Some information may pre-fill based on the NRDS number you have entered. Once all required information is filled in, click Continue.
  8. Click Yes to accept the license agreement, then click Continue.
  9. You will now be presented with the confirmation page, which will list your available products. Select the free products (zipForm Plus, zipForm Mobile Web, zipVault, zipTMS and Digital Ink) and the free libraries (GHAR, CTR, NAR and CT MLS). Click Continue.
  10. Your account is now created and ready to use. Your GHAR membership includes the online version of zipForm for you to use.
  11. For the online version, zipForm® Plus, click the Access Now on the screen to sign in. zipForm® Plus can also be accessed at any time after you close this page by visiting the login page at
  12. If you have purchased the desktop version, zipForm® 6 Standard, click on one of the download buttons provided. Download options are available both for PC and MAC operating systems.
