New Member Requirements
The GHAR Orientation program enables you to acquaint yourself with the Association, its programs, products and services, get a sense of the return on your membership investment and calls attention to your privileges and obligations.
CE Requirements
Continuing Education (CE) is due on the even-numbered renewal years and must be completed 90 days prior to renewing your license.
- BROKERS: 12 hours of CE credits completed between September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2026.
- SALESPERSONS: 12 hours of CE credits completed between March 1, 2024 through February 28th, 2026
- NEW LICENSEES:
- If you passed the licensing exam between March 1, 2024 and Feb. 28, 2026, your first Continuing Education will be due in 2028; all others are due in 2026.
- No Continuing Education is due at the end of the first CE cycle after being licensed for those taking a CT licensing exam; however, those receiving a reciprocal license must complete CE for the first CE cycle.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 2 business days before the start of the course to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is only permitted prior to the original course date/time. A $45 non-refundable fee applies if course materials are received.
Free CE Class Cancellation Policy
A $35 no-show fee will be assessed to students who fail to attend without giving 2 business days prior notice. Classes already purchased cannot be refunded for free courses.
