The Offer Letter Addendum to Listing Agreement, a voluntary form has been created to inform seller clients of the potential risks associated with offer letters or, more commonly known as “buyer love letters”. 

The Blank Rider has been updated to add a section at the top to enter the property address and the name(s) of the Buyer(s) and Seller(s).

The Legal Awareness Committee created this commission agreement to assist agents when they are representing a client(s) purchasing a home that is “For Sale By Owner” (FSBO)
