Paragraph 10 – Title Added a line for additional liens and encumbrances assumed which do not include sewer and water unless specifically stated.

Paragraph 14 – Non-assignability Changed the name of the paragraph from Non-assignability to Assignability by stating the buyer may only assign its rights under the Contract by mutual consent of both parties.
Paragraph 17 – Home, Pest and Environmental Inspection/Tests Added check boxes for waiving inspections and election the following inspections and moved the applicable inspection options to the beginning of the paragraph.
Paragraph 18 – Riders Change TRID Rider to TRID/CFPB Rider
