Real Estate Purchase Contract 6/17

Paragraph 4 – Price
Added clarification for the acceptable method of payment for deposits.

Paragraph 5 – Mortgage Contingency
Added options for situations where there are financing options other than a mortgage or if the mortgage contingency is waived.

Paragraph 6 – Deposits and Escrow of Deposits
Clarified the acceptable method of payment for deposits by referencing paragraph 4 and added escrow of deposits will be held until “Transfer of Title unless requested earlier by settlement agent/attorney to satisfy good funds requirement”

Paragraph 10 – Title
Added a line for additional liens and encumbrances assumed which do not include sewer and water unless specifically stated.
