Language was added to the Rider for the Buyer to acknowledge that they received the educational materials prepared by the CT Department of Public Health.

We are also adding a letter from the CT Department of Public Health which includes a link to the educational materials. CTR also has this letter available at this link.

There is also a standalone form available from CTR which can be found at this link to be used in cases where inspections may be waived so this Rider would not be used. This form can also be used for tenants.
