M-3 Receipt of Condo Docs 2007

Changes were made to this document to clarify when the time period starts for review of condo documents.

Additionally, a line was added for the buyer’s attorney signature since the law states that the time to review starts when received by the buyer or buyer’s attorney.

W-4 Waiver of Property Inspection 12/20

The “Contract Dated” line was removed since this rider is submitted with an offer before it is signed by the seller.

Additionally, an option for waiving a concrete foundation inspection with the following language:
__ j. Concrete Foundation Inspection (aka crumbling foundation)
NOTE: Failure to obtain a foundation inspection valid for Connecticut Foundation Solutions Indemnity Company, Inc. (“CFSIC”) claim purposes prior to closing on the purchase of a property may prevent you from being eligible for coverage under that program.

These changes should be available on DocuSign, dotloop, Glide, Skyslope, Transaction Desk and zipForm on April 1, 2024.
