NC-13 Landlord Agreement to Pay Tenant Representation Fee New Form

This form was created to be used in instances where the landlord may not be offering compensation to the tenant broker and the tenant needs to request the landlord pay all or part of the tenant representation fee.

S-4 Professional Service Fee Agreement Between Brokers (Formerly Commission Agreement Between Brokers) 5/19

The following changes have been made to this form:

  • Changed the term “commission” to “professional service fee” to be congruent with all forms.
  • Changes the term “purchaser” to “buyer” to be congruent with all forms.
  • Added the notice that is on all listing and buyer contracts stating compensation is not fixed by law and is negotiable.
  • Added an option to disclose the existence of a variable rate agreement.

NC-12 Professional Service Fee Disclosure New Form

This disclosure was created to be posted inside the property to disclose the seller paid brokerage fee (if any) and the existence of a dual or variable rate commission (if any) to comply with Article 3 of the Code of Ethics.

This form is NOT to be uploaded into the MLS under any circumstances.
