Paragraph 11 has been revised to remove the line for a flat dollar amount and include a longer line to spell out compensation terms.

NC-10 Seller Agreement to Pay Buyer Representation Fee Rider 7/24

This form has been revised to make it a Rider and added the bold legal compensation notice along with the statement regarding broker’s lien rights.

There is no customary or industry standard real estate broker fee or compensation.

THE REAL ESTATE BROKER MAY BE ENTITLED TO CERTAIN LIEN RIGHTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 20-325a OF THE CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTES.
