The Offer Letter Addendum to Listing Agreement, a voluntary form has been created to inform seller clients of the potential risks associated with offer letters or, more commonly known as “buyer love letters”. 

We updated the following forms; Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Contract, Exclusive Agency Listing Contract, Open Listing Contract, and the Exclusive Right to Lease with Option to Buy Listing Contract
