Dues Information
Annual REALTOR® Dues
Your annual yearly membership with GHAR, CTR, and NAR begins January 1st through December 31st. Dues are prorated monthly dependent up on your join date. The 2025 membership renewal payment is due January 1st, 2025. Log in to the GHAR member portal to view, print and/or pay your 2025 membership renewal: https://gharportal.ramcoams.net. Dues are non-refundable.
We look forward to your renewal because it ensures that you are part of a top-notch association with the most resources to help you strengthen your business, community and industry. During 2024, GHAR and our awesome members, were able to accomplish things like:
- Over $10,000 raised for housing related charities
- New! 12 money-saving discounts exclusively for GHAR members from our affiliates
- Organizing a REALTOR® Education Day, featuring Jill Morrison and keynote Kevin Sears NAR 2024-2025 President
- Hosting events like the South Windsor Stroll, Litchfield Summer Social, Equity Panel, Crumbling Foundations Update, and so many more.

Members with account balances on February 1st will be inactivated and will lose REALTOR® Membership and if applicable, MLS Membership.
New Members
New members: If you join GHAR after October 24th, new members will pay for October-December of the year they join, in addition to 2025 REALTOR® dues.

Dues Payment Plan for Renewing Primary Members
GHAR is now offering a dues payment plan option (credit card required) for our renewing Primary Members only. You may select this option after logging into the GHAR member portal. You MUST opt into the payment plan by November 15th. After opting into the payment plan, you will be charged the first payment (GHAR dues equaling $225). There is a $25 service fee for agreeing to the payment plan, which will be charged with the first payment upon opting into the payment plan. Note: the same credit card will be charged for subsequent payments.

The eKey fees are prorated monthly and dependent upon your join date. The annual service fee is billed in June and eKey service fees are subject to change. View the eKey fee schedule.
- Bluetooth iBox - annual lease is $35 for each box or purchase an iBox for a discount at $75 each (regularly priced at $110).
- eKEY - $25 for the activation fee + Key service fee.
