GHAR Forms

GHAR has been a leader in real estate form creation and updating. Our Legal Awareness Committee takes suggestions and spends a lot of time getting our forms just right to make your job easier. As a GHAR member, you have access to our entire forms library through TransactionDesk (an MLS forms platform), among a few other platforms.

Signs, stakes, pins, books, shoe covers and other marketing tools are sold in our GHAR REALTOR Supply Center. It's open during business hours, so you can easily stop in after a meeting or a class to pick up any needed business materials.

GHAR has an experienced, professional staff with access to information and solutions to answer your questions. Our doors are open Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Recognition

• REALTOR® of the Year and Commercial REALTOR® of the Year is our way of showing appreciation to members for their volunteerism in our association, the real estate community, as well as any involvement with the national and state associations.
• The GHAR Good Neighbor Award recognizes members who have made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work.
• The Bridge Committee of GHAR awards one scholarship to help ease the burden of a new member just starting out in the business.
• REALTOR® Emeritus: Recognition of members who have held forty (40) years of REALTOR® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® (or both) membership.
• Committee members, chairs, Board of Directors and Emeritus all receive recognition each December at the GHAR Holiday & Volunteer Appreciation Party.
