Shanyelle is the Broker, Owner, and Founder of S Young Realty & Associates. She began her real estate career over 19 years ago and has been dedicated to advancing housing equity throughout the state of Connecticut through her position on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut REALTORS®. In line with her passion for advancing racial equity in Real Estate, Shanyelle serves as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Fair Housing Committee.
As a co-founder of the GHAR Bridge Committee, Shanyelle has also held important roles at the local level. She has served on the GHAR Board of Directors, the GHAR Nominating Committee, and chaired the Broker Services Committee, among others. Her attention to the housing market has made her a valuable source for media outlets like Channel 30 for multiple stories. She is dedicated to real estate and to the association with a commitment to supporting and elevating the most underserved and overlooked.
