Lily Bucchi is a student at Duke University. Lily is torn when it comes to her career goals between wanting to help others/give back and her love of mathematics. Bucchi is the daughter of REALTOR® Phillip R. Bucchi, Jr. with William Raveis in Wethersfield.
Grace Clark majors in Elementary Education and will also major or minor in Spanish at Wake Forest University. Clark aims to become an elementary school teacher possibly teaching Spanish or English as a second language and ultimately get a master’s in education administration. Grace is the daughter of REALTOR® Jamie Clark with Berkshire Hathaway in Glastonbury.
Nicole Dynak is set to graduate from Northwestern Regional High School and will major in Business Administration, Management and/or Marketing at Coastal Carolina University. Dynak would like to start a real estate brokerage or own another type of business. Nicole is the daughter of REALTOR® Marc Steven Dynak with Vision Real Estate in Unionville.
Lauren Foster will graduate from Branford High School and major in Health Sciences & Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Quinnipiac University. Foster seeks to specialize in various subsets of diagnostic medical sonography and provide the best care by acquiring certification and specializing in areas like obstetrics/gynecology, abdominal, vascular or echocardiography. Lauren is the daughter of REALTOR® Larissa Foster with Century 21 AllPoints Realty in Southington.
Lauren Frey, a future alum of Avon High School, will major in Environmental Science at the University of Rhode Island. Frey’s career goal is to be hands on in nature conducting studies as well as seeking the correct policies on pollution management. Lauren is the daughter of REALTOR® Greg Frey with RE/MAX in Avon.
Rose Godfrey is a graduate student in the Master of Social Work program at the University of St. Joseph. Godfrey hopes to work in substance use disorders and addiction counseling. Rose is the daughter of REALTOR® Cynthia Muska with Coldwell Banker in South Windsor.
Michael Guastamachio currently has two majors in process, a BFA in Technical Theatre-Stage Management and BA in Telecommunications, at Penn State University. Guastamachio has set out to create amazing entertainment experiences in theatrical or stadium settings. Michael is the son of REALTOR® Peter Guastamachio with Executive Real Estate in Glastonbury.
Ashley Hornung is a nursing student at Eastern Connecticut State University. Hornung seeks to work as a nurse in western and holistic medicine. Ashley is the daughter of REALTOR® Suzanne Moulton with Berkshire Hathaway in Glastonbury.
Liana Hughes will graduate from Edwin O. Smith high school and major in Psychology in college. Hughes plans to attend medical school and become a psychiatrist. Liana is the daughter of REALTOR® Tonya Hughes of Coldwell Banker Realty in South Windsor.
Sean Khan is a future graduate of Wethersfield High School who will major in Business and Marketing in college. Khan would like to develop skills in entrepreneurship and possibly start a business. Sean is the son of REALTOR® Samantha Khan with William Raveis in Glastonbury.
Paris Lange majors in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the University of New Haven. Lange wishes to work as a Cellular Biology Laboratory Researcher or possibly in a forensics laboratory after getting a master’s degree. Paris is the daughter of REALTOR® Kelly Lange with William Raveis in Middletown.
Callie Lantz is currenting majoring in Psychology at Mount Holyoke College. As far as a career goal, Lantz would like to help people and plans to become a therapist. Callie is the daughter of REALTOR® Carl Lantz with Coldwell Banker in West Hartford.
Lynae Lewis, a soon to be graduate of Bristol Central High School, will major in Computer Science with a minor in Physics in college. Lewis has a goal of getting into cybersecurity and ethical hacking. Lynae is the daughter of REALTOR® Nasha Rhone of Realize Homes in Rocky Hill.
Carly Lombardo majors in Retail Management along with a Minor in dance at the University of South Carolina. Lombardo dreams of opening a dance studio with an attached retail and costume boutique bringing together dance experience with management education. Carly is the daughter of REALTOR® Allysa DeRosa with Mapleridge Realty LLC in Waterbury.
Eric Luo will matriculate from Glastonbury High School and go on to major in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University. Luo has a goal of contributing to humanity’s future in space and with it, the scientific advancements that will come as well. Eric is the son of REALTOR® Liping (Lisa) Tan with Vision Real Estate in Farmington.
Ava Machowski will graduate from RHAM High School and study Sports Media and Marketing in college. With a fascination for sports growing, Machowski hopes to be in front of the camera on sports media or sports writing. Ava is the daughter of REALTOR® Corinne Machowski with William Raveis in Glastonbury.
Toby Mendes is an upcoming graduate of Simsbury High School and will major in Management Information Systems at Florida State University. Toby is the son of REALTOR® Karen Mendes with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties in Simsbury.
Charlotte Minnick is a future graduate of East Hampton High School and will major in Environmental Studies in college. Minnick hopes to explore a variety of options within the field before settling on a direction. Charlotte is the daughter of REALTOR® Lynn Minnick with Carl Guild & Associates in East Hampton.
Diya Mistri, a soon to be alum of Kingswood Oxford School, will be majoring in Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University and minoring in Anthropology. Mistri hopes to enter the medical field and become a surgeon while also learning more about different cultures and influences to provide care to a diverse population. Diya is the daughter of REALTOR® Kamlesh Mistri with Century 21 All Points Realty in Enfield.
Minnila Muthukumar, an upcoming graduate of Kingswood Oxford School, plans to major in Computational and Mathematical Finance/Business at Babson College. Muthukumar wishes to obtain a finance degree and then go to law school. Minnila is the daughter of REALTOR® Devi Arunachalam with Reddy Realty in South Windsor.
Natalie Nejaime is majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Global Public Healthy at New York University. Nejaime is setting up a career in medicine in order to make a tangible impact on people’s lives through care. Natalie is the daughter of REALTOR® Pascale Nejaime with Sotheby’s International Realty in Avon.
Nora O’Connell is pursuing a B.S. in Psychology and the pre-medicine track minor in chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. O’Connell intends to attend medical school for an expertise in palliative care. Nora is the daughter of REALTOR® Claudia O’Connell with William Raveis in Middletown.
Analiz Rodriguez is set to graduate from Windsor High School and study Biology in college. Rodriguez’s eventual career goal is to become an obstetrician. Analiz is the daughter of REALTOR® Yahira Rodriguez with eXp Realty in Stamford.
Joshua Roy is currently majoring in Computer Science at Eastern Connecticut State University. Roy hopes to obtain a position in computer science and specifically in software engineering. Josh is the son of REALTOR® Kimberly Gates with Gateway Real Estate in Storrs.

Jason Sigler is a University of Connecticut student majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Sigler hopes to become an aviator in the United States Marines and then transition to Mechanical Engineering after serving. Timothy Sigler majors in Finance and Applied Mathematical Sciences at the University of Connecticut. Sigler is keeping options open as to careers but is also pursuing actuarial possibilities. Timothy is the son of REALTOR® Jonathan Sigler with Coldwell Banker Realty in South Windsor.
Aiden Sones will graduate from East Hampton High School and pursue Data Science as a major in college. Aiden would like to be a sports analyst for an NHL or MLB team and work to improve the team through statistics and computer science. Alexander Sones attends York College of Pennsylvania majoring in Civil Engineering. Sones ultimate career goal is to become a city/transportation planner and designer to build affordable housing and public transportation systems that make cities more open and equitable for all. Dylan St. James majors in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology at the University of Hartford. St. James plans to obtain a PhD in Human Physiology possibly pursuing research into neuroscience, biotechnology, or Pharmacology. Maura Zettergren is a major in Nursing at the University of Rhode Island. Zettergren’s goal within nursing is to make people smile and try to provide relief for patients and families going through difficult times. Bryanna Zuccaro is studying Marketing at High Point University where she hopes to one day have a career in Social Media and/or Real Estate. Bryanna is the daughter of REALTOR® James Zuccaro with Vision Real Estate in Unionville.
The Foundation is pleased to highlight scholarships being awarded in honor of CT REALTORS® Past Presidents who recently passed away. Tianna Bilodeau has been selected to receive this year’s tribute scholarship in memory of 2000 CTR Past President Bill Vibert from the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS®.
Tianna Bilodeau is a future graduate of Terryville High School and will major in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders in college. Bilodeau is interested in the role of a speech therapist both with children and stroke patients and eventual certification as a speech pathologist.
