GHAR is proud to present Bill Arzt, Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Cutting Edge, as the 2024 GHAR ROTY, the highest honor given to a REALTOR® by their peers at the local level!!! Bill began his career over 19 years ago. He has dedicated countless hours on numerous committees and leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels. He is also committed to activities and causes outside of real estate. He sponsors and supports many community events throughout the year including food drives, school supply drives, pet adoption events, and cancer runs. Bill also holds annual blood drives at his office and was instrumental in starting the annual blood drive at GHAR and NHMR. Bill believes every Real Estate Professional has the potential to improve and contribute positively to our clients and communities.
