The Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR) Foundation, event sponsors, and attendees raised $3200 for Rebuilding Together Hartford. Donations were made through a Comedy Night Fundraiser on September 5th at Warehouse 635 in West Hartford. Rebuilding Together Hartford is a nonprofit dedicated to helping low-income homeowners through home renovation and repair. Their vision is to provide safe homes and communities for everyone.
Attendees enjoyed improv comedy by Sea Tea Improv Group, based in Hartford, light refreshments, and raffle prizes. “We are so proud to support Rebuilding Together Hartford and their mission to help Hartford homeowners age safely at home. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, REALTORS®, and friends, who made this all possible,” stated GHAR Community Involvement Chair, Christine Green.
“This is just one of many ways REALTORS® are involved in helping the communities they serve and our continued partnership with such a worthy organization is rewarding,” said Holly Callanan, GHAR CEO.
