David has served on many committees at Litchfield County Board of REALTORS (LCBR), including the Council Chair of Litchfield County Chapter Council from 2020 through today; the President of LCBR in 2020; the LCBR Realtor of the Year 2020; was the Chair of the LCBR-GHAR Merger Committee; has been a GHAR Director since 2021; served on the GHAR Strategic Planning Committee in 2021 and 2024. Currently, David serves as President-Elect of GHAR, and plays an influential role in shaping the real estate environment in the Greater Hartford area.
In addition, David has served on the CTR Board of Directors several times throughout his career. He is a member of the CTR Foundation and has been since 2021 and the CTR V.P. at Large in 2024. He has also served on numerous Interview Committees and currently serves on the Professional Standards Review Board.
On the national level, David serves as a Committee Member on the Board of Directors and the Broker Engagement Council at the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
Beyond real estate, David's dedication to his community is evident in his over 40 years of service with the Winsted Fire Department, where he has also served as a past chief. This commitment to public safety underscores his genuine desire to make a difference.
