REALTORS® Benefit Raises over $11,000 for the
Village for Families & Children

(West Hartford, Conn., March 18, 2013) – The Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR) hosted its 6th annual Chocolate, Diamonds & Champagne event at Belle Terrace in Avon on February 14, 2013. Guests enjoyed great food and live music, as Logan Byrnes, Fox News, welcomed the crowd. The festive night included a live cake auction and a silent auction with professional auctioneer, Paul Stansel donating his time and talent.

Many thanks to all who attended, sponsored, and gave to the night’s charity focus: the Village for Families and Children. GHAR is proud to present a check for $11,850 to Dr. Galo Rodriguez, Executive Director of the Village. Karen Lamy’s “Champagne on Ice” cake won the amateur cake contest, and A Little Something Bakery won the professional baker’s contest.
