Median Sales Price of Single-Family Homes in Greater Hartford Increases 9 Percent

According to the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR), the median sales price of single-family homes in Greater Hartford increased 9.1 percent over November of last year (from $275,000 to $300,000). Inventory decreased 32.3 percent (from 1485 to 1005) and closed sales decreased 1.7 percent (from 645 to 634). Pending sales decreased 5.3 percent (from 661 to 626). The number of days on market decreased 22.9 percent (from 35 to 27 days) and new listings decreased 3.6 percent (from 523 to 504), during the same month last year.

The Median Sales Price of Single-Family Homes in Greater Hartford Increases 7 Percent

(Hartford, Conn., November 17, 2021) – According to the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR), the median sales price of single-family homes in Greater Hartford increased 7.1 percent over October of last year (from $280,000 to $300,000). Inventory decreased 30.8 percent (from 1746 to 1208) and closed sales decreased 16.0 percent (from 748 to 628). Pending sales decreased 8.9 percent (from 739 to 673). The number of days on market decreased 22.2 percent (from 36 to 28 days) and new listings decreased 16.4 percent (from 804 to 672), during this same timeframe.

Inventory of Single-Family Homes in Greater Hartford Down Nearly 30 Percent

(Hartford, Conn., October 18, 2021) – According to the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR), inventory of single-family homes in Greater Hartford decreased 29.5 percent over September of last year (from 1845 to 1301). The median sales price increased 3.4 percent (from $290,000 to $300,000) and closed sales decreased 6.8 percent (from 708 to 660). Pending sales decreased 13 percent (from 728 to 633). The number of days on market decreased 41.5 percent (from 41 to 24 days). New listings decreased 10.4 percent (from 853 to 764) and inventory dropped 29.5 percent (from 1845 to 1301), during this same timeframe.

Median Sales Price of Single-Family Homes in Greater Hartford Increases 14 Percent

(Hartford, Conn., September 16, 2021) – According to the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS® (GHAR), the median sales price of single-family homes in Greater Hartford increased 14.4 percent over August of 2020 (from $288,500 to $330,000). Closed sales decreased 13.7 percent (from 840 to 725) and ending sales decreased 6.8 percent (from 784 to 731). The number of days on market decreased 43.9 percent (from 41 to 23 days). New listings decreased 7.7 percent (from 822 to 759) and inventory dropped 31.7 percent (from 1864 to 1273), during this same timeframe.
