Our affiliates are dues-paying members of the Association and can assist you with portions of the real estate transaction. To find an affiliate member, click on the link below. In the next window, change the 'Member Type' to Affiliate and click Search. You may refine your results by entering additional criteria in the optional fields.
Power Breakfast and Lunch & Learn Affiliate Programs
The GHAR Power Breakfast and Lunch & Learn Programs are a benefit offered to all GHAR Affiliate members. The only cost to affiliate members is the breakfast or luncheon fee. To be eligible for the Lunch & Learn Program, please complete and return this form along with a seminar outline (1.5 hours in length) to GHAR.
1. All presenters need to be members of GHAR.
2. Speakers wanting to take part must supply their presentations along with this form for approval by GHAR. Also, affiliate members need to be proficient to speak on the topics regarding their profession. Biography & testimonials are encouraged.
3. In order to promote to our GHAR REALTOR® members, please allow 6-8 weeks of lead time.
4. GHAR will handle registrations and all food orders. Billing to be taken care of prior to event.
